I'm Rebecca Ang, a property agent with Huttons Asia Pte Ltd (CEA Reg. No. R005565H). For 20 years I have been advising homeowners and buyers in Singapore's East Coast, with a particular focus on Bedok, Siglap, MacPherson, Marine Parade, Katong and Joo Chiat.
My approach is simple: honest, numbers-first property advice backed by local knowledge. That includes telling homeowners when waiting may be better than selling, and helping buyers understand what a neighbourhood actually feels like before they commit.
I work with HDB upgraders, condo owners, right-sizers, families planning around schools and transport, returning Singaporeans, and buyers comparing East Coast neighbourhoods. Every conversation starts with your situation and the data, not a sales script.
